Do you love that “fresh and clean” feeling after a day of cleaning? It’s one of my personal favorites – but just imagine having that feeling after walking in your front door, and not having to lift a finger to obtain it. I not only provide this for you quickly yet efficiently, I also enjoy it!

Each visit will include a general, FULL HOME cleaning of ALL standard rooms (up to 2000 sq feet and can include up to 3 bedrooms/ 3 bathrooms – additional rooms typically increase the rate by $15 per room. Up to 30 minute drive time is included). Basically – If you can see it? It’s cleaned! To eliminate any confusion, I will explain a ‘standard cleaning’: Standard cleanings typically include one kitchen, one living room, one dining room, one family room, 3 bathrooms, and up to 3 bedrooms. An office/den can be considered a bedroom. Any other living space may increase the fee by $15 or more, depending on the size of your home

Three to four hours is the typical timeframe for cleaning. If your home is larger and requires more time, or you would like extra detail to certain rooms in certain areas, we can discuss the rate further. I am happy to accommodate special requests if able!

The general cleaning will include:

  • Full sanitization of toilets, tubs/showers, counter tops, sinks, and mirrors in each bathroom
  • Kitchen counters and items on them will be wiped down, counter and sink cleaned/sanitized
  • Microwave cleaned, fronts of appliances wiped down/cleaned, stove top cleaned, and cupboard fronts wiped down as needed
  • All Floors in each room are vacuumed and/or swept/mopped/steam cleaned
  • Dusting of open areas in all rooms
  • The tops of baseboards and blinds are feather dusted in all rooms. In addition, they are put on a rotating hand-washed cleaning schedule with other rooms. Window sills & fan blades are dusted and wiped down as needed, and small waste baskets emptied
  • A general rule – If you see it, it will be cleaned!

The following items are NOT included in a standard cleaning:

  • Laundering of any type
  • Washing of carpets
  • Putting clean dishes away or washing of any dishes
  • Grout cleaning (I use a clean mop head each cleaning, however if you currently have grout with a light colored caulking, over time, the grout will become ‘darker’ and typically will need to be cleaned separately. This is from normal wear and cleaning, so please be aware that darkening will probably occur! I recommend professional grout cleaning periodically.
  • Inside of refrigerator/freezer and oven cleaned (can be added for an additional $35 each)
  • Window Cleaning (a patio door is included in cleaning up to reachable height. The window SILL of a window is wiped)
  • Changing of bed linens (can be added for $15 per bedroom, laundering of sheets done only as time allows)
  • Washing down of interior walls/trim
  • Picking up/putting away of misc items (cleaning/vacuuming/dusting will be around items – for example, a child’s room full of toys that are not picked up, or dressers/counters/tables with several items piled on it. Best way of thinking is: If you would like it cleaned, please make sure the area is picked up and clear before arrival!) I highlight this area as it’s very important in receiving the best cleaning!

One way travel time between 30 and 60 minutes is a flat price of $150

Saturday or Sunday cleanings are occasionally available for an extra $75

Please note: This standard full cleaning service is offered as monthly or bi-monthly for the flat price of $120 each visit. Currently ‘one-time’ cleanings and/or move in/out cleanings may be available at a rate of $375. Thank you!
