Access & Payment

As the homeowner, you want to feel that your home is fully protected and safe and I understand this! Please be assured that any access given (code, key, etc) is strictly confidential and protected, and your home will always be locked up when finished.

Access in to your home for each cleaning can be granted in several ways:

* Key – any key given is discretely coded for security

* Code – any code given (door/garage, etc) is discretely kept

* ‘Hidden’ key – although for security reasons, I don’t recommend leaving doors open or keys hidden – if this is the option you would like, please let me know and perhaps we can arrange something for the day of.

* Home – of course, you can be home to grant access also! However, please keep in mind that I schedule several cleanings per month and although I will try to grant your request of certain days per week or morning/afternoon – this may not always be possible. To guarantee that you never miss a cleaning, one of the three above options is best!

Please note that if there is no access on the day of your cleaning, there is a $35 trip charge.

PAYMENT:

Currently, payment options are check or cash ON the day of your cleaning. Simply leave your payment on the kitchen counter!

I will send a reminder text or email (whichever you prefer) within a few days or so of your cleaning. I’ve found this is helpful both for myself and you – It’s one less thing you have to ‘remember’!
