That’s right! Monthly or bi-monthly cleanings are simply a flat rate of $120! For any maximum combination of 3 bed/3 bath home, condo, apartment, or townhouse – up to 2000 square feet and within 30 minute driving distance. For a distance between 30-60 min, the price is $150. Bi-monthly is every 2 to 3 weeks, based on availability.

As the owner, my goal has been, and always will be – to provide QUALITY full-home cleanings! I understand there’s not enough time in the day or week, especially for busy families. You may be working a full time job and running a household. Or you may be raising a family (full time job in itself!) and between errands, sports, kids, who has time for cleaning?! The answer is simple: I DO!

You take pride in your home. Let someone that takes pride in their work, maintain your home’s beauty. The physical aspect of a clean home is wonderful – but I also believe the emotional ‘less-stress’ feeling is just as important!

Simply contact me to inquire about scheduling monthly or bi-monthly cleanings in the greater Palm Harbor/Clearwater, FL area. Saturday or Sunday cleanings (if available) may be scheduled for an additional $75

My rate is set and is per home rather than time. If you have a home over 2000 sq feet we can discuss rates further. Additional rooms are typically $15 extra per room. One-time or move-in/move-out cleanings may be available at a rate of $375, simply contact me for more information.

I prefer to use eco-friendly cleaners when possible, and will bring all supplies. If you have a cleaning product that you would like to be used, simply provide the product at the time of service.
